We will match the property details to those of the most suitable tenants. The selection of satisfactory tenants is extremely important to Kaymaks , hence our selection process is rigorous. We require all potential tenants to obtain references from employers, banks and previous landlords before moving the in. We can also offer rent guarantee schemes if need be.

If you have specific kind of requirements like getting tenants which are couples/ students/ professionals, we have a systematic matching process and we will keep you updated.

The services we offer include:

  • Arrange appointments for prospective tenants and accompany them to view the property.

  • Taking up references and presenting them to the landlord for inspection and signature in acceptance of the tenant and obtaining a credit check.

  • Making an inventory and statement of condition, if required, to be signed by the tenant.

  • Notification to service companies (gas and electricity) at commencement and termination of the letting. Notification to the Local Authority of liability to Council Tax or subsequent tax at the commencement of the tenancy.

  • Drawing up and properly executing a Tenancy Agreement for signature by the Tenant and provision of the necessary statutory forms for the Landlord's signature.

  • Collection from the tenant any deposit due under the agreement, together with initial rental payment.

  • Collection of all rental due on a calendar monthly basis. (Every four weeks in the case of beneficiaries Housing Benefit).

  • Follow up all overdue or unpaid rents and take steps as necessary to recover all monies owed.

  • Remit the balance to the landlord as agreed.
